Hello David, I am so sorry that you feel this way about Kevin and about Arrowhead Honda. I know that we have worked with you on your Fit in service and I wasn't given the impression then that you were unhappy when you were here then. I am sorry that you feel that way now, and I am more than sorry that it has been this long before you came to us with any further concerns. Kevin has come to me to express his dismay over the feelings toward him you express here. He is a valued member of our Arrowhead team, and it is disheartening to hear that about one of our own. I assure you, David, that he is very upset about the fact you feel this way, and isn't quite sure on how to make amends. I am so sorry that you felt that way about your purchase here. Our dealership is very small and our employees have been here for many years in all of our departments, and it is disheartening to hear that anyone has had this effect on one of our guests. As the Customer Relations Manager, I strive to make sure all of our customers are treated well and with care and concern, and it is disappointing that you felt our staff was cold and hardened.
