All of the important features were pointed out and carefully explained in detail. We went for a test drive and Charlie continued to give us additional information. Back at the dealership Charlie printed out comparison information on the other two cars we were going to compare to the Honda Accord. A week later we decided on the Honda and worked with Charlie using the Costco buying program. We were very happy wth the entire experience. More

The only thing I probably dislike more to do than buying a car is going to the dentist. My most recent experience changed that perspective. I knew that I wanted the car within a block of the dealership. I just had to sell him the notion that he also wanted mine. :-) He was confident and knowledgeable about in-house vs. internet pricing. I am also glad that Tony explained the benefits of having the extended warranty. His follow-up that I am happy with my purchase is an indicator that he is interested in more than just closing the deal. Thank you -- and thank Honda for making such a great product. More
I was misled. Kevin Fleming lied to me. I was misled in regards to mileage, maintenance, upgrading "in 6 months" a free oil change that never happened, he was pushy Kevin Fleming lied to me. I was misled in regards to mileage, maintenance, upgrading "in 6 months" a free oil change that never happened, he was pushy, apathetic once he got the sale, the entire purchase experience was shady to say the least. Unless you put up with the mis-representations, this dealership is probably not the one for you. I have driven Honda for 30 years and this was the most unpleasant purchase for me. I will NEVER return to Arrowhead Honda, in fact, I may never drive a Honda again. Yes, I am bitter. More
