Jeff Vien was great! Mixed review overall Jeff was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. I would have no hesitation recommending him! I also was involved with Ken Jugan (int Jeff was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. I would have no hesitation recommending him! I also was involved with Ken Jugan (internet) and would not recommend him. My sale initially came through him, though Jeff was the person who made the sale. I requested that leather be installed. Ken didn't order it when he said he would, didn't follow up, and didn't do anything to expedite the order. Once I got involved with a sales manager, the follow up was impeccable, and both Dave Warren and Jeff did a great job completing this work and the sale. Mixed review overall due to the one sales person, however, everything else was handled well which is the reason for the ratings. More

He was available to chat whenever we needed assistance, and answered many questions via text even when he knew we were actively seeking quotes from multiple dealerships. He does his research to make sure he is telling the truth. I appreciate that quality. FYI for those that settle their quote prior to purchasing, the finance office will offer (at the time of this review) an upgraded alarm for about $500 and an extended warranty for $2,000. If those are things that you are interested in, then plan accordingly. More

Walter handled all of our paperwork and explained everything carefully. Walter was also very flexible with our due date which I really appreciated. I was concerned about my credit rating and if I could afford the payments. I picked out a few used CR-V's that were available on the website (I have wanted one for many years) and gave it a try. After filling out the super easy form on the internet, I got a call from Kevin Anderson and he said everything looked good. We made an appointment for the next day. He is a very kind and friendly person who was genuinely interested in us and didn't pressure us at all. We took a 2007 on a test drive and he answered all our questions. We also looked at a 2011 CR-V which was a certified used car. I liked the features that come with certification so I said let's try that one. He did his computer magic and presented us with the paper showing what the payments would be depending on the length of the loan. I was surprised the payment was low enough for me to say "Let's do that one then". After a short time we met with Jason Heximer and he had everything ready and presented the extended warranty and other options. He didn't "push" any of them which we appreciated. After some handshakes and congratulations we waited a short time while they detailed the car. When we drove out of the lot I was in shock that we had a new car. It is SO GREAT! We look forward to a long relationship with Arrowhead Honda. I was a fiercely loyal Saturn owner. Now I am a loyal Honda owner. Who'd of thunk it. Thank you Kevin and Jason!! More

He promised to help us to figure out all the bells and whistles on the new Accord....we will take him up on the promise. We would definitely recommend Arrowhead Honda to our family and friends....as a matter of fact, my daughter has purchased 4 Hondas from this same dealership......we are truly a Honda Family! Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted with all the "bells and whistles" was not available in the Twilight Blue color we saw in another car on the lot, only just sold earlier that day. Our salesman, Hydar Al-Alak, after much effort and search was able to find one elsewhere and the next day we took ownership of this car. We were very impressed by Hydar's salesmanship, his friendliness, and his efforts on our behalf. All the employees we had contact with were very professional, friendly, and helpful. For 50 years I have been purchasing automobiles, this was one of the best experiences I have had. More
