After our test drive, he worked with us on the deal and trade-in of our 2001 Honda (also purchased at Arrowhead and the 3rd Honda). He promised to help us to figure out all the bells and whistles on the new Accord....we will take him up on the promise. Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted with all the "bells and whistles" was not available in the Twilight Blue color we saw in another car on the lot, only just sold earlier that day. Our salesman, Hydar Al-Alak, after much effort and search was able to find one elsewhere and the next day we took ownership of this car. We were very impressed by Hydar's salesmanship, his friendliness, and his efforts on our behalf. All the employees we had contact with were very professional, friendly, and helpful. For 50 years I have been purchasing automobiles, this was one of the best experiences I have had. More

Although we were leaning toward a future Toyota Highlander purchase, we had driven our daughter's 2006 Pilot and decided to visit Arrowhead Honda this Although we were leaning toward a future Toyota Highlander purchase, we had driven our daughter's 2006 Pilot and decided to visit Arrowhead Honda this past Labor Day weekend to look at the new Honda Pilot. Our sales person, Angela Mather was fantastic to work with from the moment she greeted us until the moment we drove away in our new 2015 Pilot Special Edition. Angela listened intently and then provided us with the information we needed to make the purchase decision. There was absolutely no pressure during the entire process. Angela successfully negotiated a good deal for us, so we made the purchase decision. The "paper" aspect of a new car purchase can also be daunting. However, Jeffrey Sokol, the Business Manager, was well organized and explained our options in easy to understand terms without the typical "pressure" normally experienced at this point in the process. We are enjoying our new Pilot. Thanks Angela and Jeffrey for making our time a pleasurable experience! More

We had recently visited a nearby dealership and had been treated in such a non-important manner, we were so pleased to work with a gentleman of our generation who didn't spend most of his time on his cell phone! Mark's attitude toward us was that we were the only customer on his plate, making sure we were comfortable with the cars we looked at and drove, and pointing out features that were available and worthy of our consideration. His sense of humor was a contributing factor in our experience; he made both my wife and me very comfortable in the car, on the drive, and during the transaction. Our contacts at a later date with Mark were professional and courteous and we were able to complete the transaction with a minimal of amount of time and effort. More

Charlie Awawdeh took excellent care of us and my son loves his Accord. When we were in the market for a car several months later, we knew Charlie was our guy. He saved us a great deal of time and money, and got us into a new Accord that was outfitted exactly how we wanted it at a price we were happy with. He had to track down this car from elsewhere in the state, but delivered it as promised. Charlie is a pleasure to deal with - up front, easy going, honest, and professional. I highly recommend him and Arrowhead Honda! More

One was to get our 2009 CR-V serviced and two to find out a bit more about upgrading to a new CR-V model. That is where we met Dominick. He was simply answering questions for us as we walked around the showroom model. When the battery would not allow us to see everything work he whisked us outside so we could SEE and TOUCH all of the great features. From the time we sat down to crunch numbers it was exactly 2 hours before we were driving away in our new CR-V. Dominick was no-nonsense and we didn't feel like we were being hassled or pushed aside. He worked hard for us and was an absolute professional. I have been to 2 other Honda dealerships and I absolutely prefer Arrowhead for their professionalism and timeliness. More
Perfection I scheduled a service appointment with Anoeil, and was seen promptly the next day. He took care of all of my needs on my certified preowned Accord. I thought that I had a major electrical problem, but he checked everything that was necessary and luckily I only needed a new battery. Also my A/C was not too cold, but again he had it repaired and blowing very cold air. Here in Phoenix, we need a cold A/C system, and Anoeil delivered that. I was so happy to deal with a service advisory who knew what they were talking about, and was so courteous, conscientious and complete with the service experience. The car was ready for me to pick up only a few hours later that same day. Wow, what more can I ask for. Anoeil is the man to see in the service department. More
