BEST SALES EXPERIENCE Give Cary Davis a potload of credit. The man listened to what we wanted, needed and could afford. Then, he went and found exactly what we asked for. Cary and the people working with him spoke to us in good old plain English. They gave us simple choices within the guidelines we had given them. And, there was never any pressure. Simply stated, Cary Davis is a joy to work with and Arrowhead Honda should be proud that he is employed there. This man will go the extra mile to be sure his prospect (customer) is getting what is wanted within their budget constraints. He is pleasant to speak with, has a great sense of humor and does his level best to get you to your level of satisfaction. We bought a 2014 model which met our specifications because Cary actually called around to other dealerships until he found exactly what we wanted. Without question, this was the best car sales experience in my lifetime ... and I bought my first car in 1960! More

We happened upon the vehicle after we drove onto the lot, it was only listed as an internet sale but we liked what we saw (not cleaned up or detailed). Tony was accepting of my idiosyncratic with process while being thorough and pleasant with a gentle humor. The new (used) vehicle is delightful although I was happy not making car payments on the trade in, the financing and payments fit within our budget just fine. (Funny, as I read the Terms Of Use, that you all get to edit, clarify, etc. according to community use... nice that this was a positive review.) More

I will return to Arrowhead again when it is time to purchase another vehicle because they do not use hard sell tactics. they are easy going and easy to work with. The good experience I never had buying a car. I'm the type of person who hates buying a car. I have had some of the most terrible experiences you could imagine. That being said let me tell you about my experience with Tony Cicala and Arrowhead Honda. First of all I can't say enough good things about Tony and my wife can't say enough good things about the car. I had a 2007 Honda Civic which I purchased at another Honda dealer and the car was fantastic. I would have never got rid of it but the wife wanted a SUV and the highest rated SUV out there is the CR-V and since we live in Sun City West going to Arrowhead Honda was a given. I left after the purchase really feeling good about the experience something in my 72 yrs I have never felt after buying a car. I can only say that Arrowhead Honda has a new customer for life. More
