I went into Arrowhead Honda knowing exactly what I wanted but was nervous as I didn't have a great experience at another Honda dealership, so I didn't know what to expect. Craig introduced himself to me and but was nervous as I didn't have a great experience at another Honda dealership, so I didn't know what to expect. Craig introduced himself to me and two others I had with me. I told Craig what I was looking for and how I had found the car I wanted online. Craig took me to the car I had looked at online and showed me around the car. After a probably scary test drive for him (first time driving manual) Craig was more than happy to teach me a few basics during the drive which made me feel very comfortable for the rest of the car buying process. Long story short, Craig helped me handle my trade in as well got me the price I had been looking for. After having a bad experience trying to buy a Honda elsewhere, I can say that any doubts I had were gone after getting help from Craig. If I have friends in the future who want a Honda, I will be more than happy to point them in Craigs direction. More

I took my new 2014 CRV in for an oil change. Robert was my service advisor. He took his time explaining what was included with the oil change. I had mentioned to him that I was having trouble with the Blue my service advisor. He took his time explaining what was included with the oil change. I had mentioned to him that I was having trouble with the Blue Tooth and he immediately said that after they were done with the car that he would help me with the Blue Tooth. He was so very helpful and patient as I asked him what all the buttons were for on the dash. He went through them all with me and even set up the voice activated calling system. He definitely an asset to Arrowhead Honda being so knowledgeable about the Honda product. I am happy that he is my service advisor. =-) More
