I had to go home and convince my husband that we weren't gong to get a better deal. tracey ford kept in touch with me periodicaly thru out the day and 24 hours later my hubby agreed. I called tracey back that afternoon and she said they would have my sorento ready by the end of the day. David is respectful, gives his honest assessment of needs, and when money is an issue, he helps pritorize the needs in terms of urgency and safety. Although I would prefer my next car to be an American model, I am looking at the Honda line because of the excellent level of service provided by David, and the fact I don't want to change advisors. David is an excellent and essential cog in the service machine at Bell Road Honda. More
