I have found the staff remarkably courteous, skilled in diagnosis and repair and friendly. There has never been anything that wasn't fix right the first time. I have never had to stop for a roadside emergency throughout the life of the car. Because I live downtown I usually stay at the dealership while the car is repaired. They recognize my waiting with prompt and reliable service and repair. I appreciate that they don't do repairs that aren't necessary! And they tell me when I can wait to do a repair or when it is necessary to do it right away. That is integrity! I heartily recommend Arrowhead Honda. More
