I called Arrowhead Honda and spoke to Jason Heximer regarding my 2008 CRV that I was leasing and wanted information on turning it in and getting a 2011 CRV to replace it. We had gotten the 2008 from Arrowhead Honda and had a great experience working with them so I was hoping for the same experience as the last time. Jason was great! He showed me just what I had told him I was looking for in the new CRV. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he was a pleasure to work with. We had gotten in late in the afternoon and Jason was getting ready to leave for the day, so he introduced us to Eric Galliani and let us know that Eric would be taking care of us for the rest of the process. The paper work was easy to fill out and Eric was there to answer any questions that we had, and kept the process moving along very smoothly. Eric was friendly and took very good care of us. The staff at Arrowhead Honda are friendly not pushy and seem eager to help. I had forgotten the second set of keys to my 2008 CRV so I took them in the next evening. Eric asked if everything was ok with the new CRV and I laughed and told him yes but on the way there I had driven through a swarm of bugs and they were all over the windshield and the new car. He asked for my keys and in just a little while he came back and my car was all clean again. This is the type of service and willingness to please that will keep me coming back for all my vehicle needs in the future and recommending them to my family and friends. Charlie, Rebekka, Dave were all very responsive right from the beginning of our dealings with them. We received a call from Rebekka within 5 minutes of sending an e-mail to Arrowhead Honda. She then followed up with our request to locate a car of our choice and again called us within minutes with information and e-mailed the information to us. Charlie followed up within hours to let us know he was there for anything we needed. Dave was responsive to our needs and concerns in negotiating a fair price for the car. Charlie was on the road for a couple of hours getting the car we wanted from another dealer (he did this in a matter of hours after talking with Dave about getting the car for us to see). Charlie spent lots of time with us to make sure we were informed about features of the car. He also set up the navigation system and downloaded our cell phone contacts to the car's hands free link. Dave took us on a personal tour of the dealership including the service area and introduced us to a service technician we can work with in the future.
