This was probably the first car buying experience that I've had that was actually pleasant. I have been buying Hondas from Arrowhead for about 20 years. They treat me well. My experience with the sales staff has been fine. My experience with their service department has been fine. Their pricing seems fair, I suppose it's a bit more than outside shops, but I thinks it's very competitive. And I prefer to have my car worked on by mechanics who I know are familiar with Hondas. With my recent purchase at Arrowhead Honda it’s clear to see why this dealership has won seven President’s Awards. After wasting several hours negotiating at another local Honda dealer and being promised a see why this dealership has won seven President’s Awards. By chance, on the same night, I called Arrowhead Honda to inquire about the car I was looking for. Within a few minutes on the phone I not only learned that the exact car I was looking for was scheduled for delivery to the dealership within a few days, but I was also given the sales price right over the phone without hours of negotiation. I hung up the phone and drove to the Arrowhead Honda dealership. Within 90 minutes of my initial call I had traded in my vehicle receiving a fair price, signed paperwork, and was driving a loaner car home until my new car arrived. I was always treated with courtesy and respect and the level of service I received is comparable to Acura. The salesman, Mike McDanel, made the entire process smooth and was an absolute pleasure to work with, as were others I spoke to. He contacted me daily informing me of the delivery status of my new car until it arrived. Like many other customers I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience at Arrowhead Honda. First of all, our sales representative, Eric Galliani, was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to make the right choice. We did not feel pressured nor rushed in making a decision. Second, while we were working out the deal, our daughter who is 4 yrs. old had plenty of things to keep her occupied: Eric gave her coloring book with crayons, puzzle, and a large balloon :) In addition, there was a small playroom for children inside the building, so that really helped us to keep our daughter happy while we were busy. Lastly, what we really enjoyed is the integrity and respect in the handling our deal. We received the best possible value for us right away. Everything that was said was done. We found Eric to be very friendly, professional and accomodating during the entire process. Samantha handled our paperwork and helped arrange a loan through our bank. She answered our questions and was very helpful and professional as well.
