In 2010 i bought a 2010 CRV LX model in silver color. I really wanted a Crv in blue, but they where all sold out. Honda came out with a 2011 SE CRV that really had the features that I wanted and Arrowhead really wanted a Crv in blue, but they where all sold out. Honda came out with a 2011 SE CRV that really had the features that I wanted and Arrowhead Honda had the Blue instock. Arrowhead Honda traded me out of my 2010 CRV with a payment of $444 a month and put me in a NEW 2011 CRV SE, and lowered my payment to 427 a month. Robert Sajdak, a sales manager, was great to deal with, he took a Visa deposit over the phone to hold a Certified Honda S2000 for me just prior to a big sale, and honored his word. I had wondered whether the dealership would sell the car out from under me, but they didn't notwithstanding the fact that they had a Midnight Madness sale going on and this Honda S2K was in very good condition. He was a big help as were all Arrowhead staff that I dealt with, including the service manager Dave McGuire and the service technician, Richard Ellis who replace a noisy front shock on this vehicle after I had purchased it. I was very pleased with the professionalism of all of the staff, particularly Robert and Justice Rovin, a sales person who picked me up at the airport when I flew in from WA State to inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Here's the story...After purchasing an 08 Honda Civic on Wednesday night (2/16), my wife and son were involved in an accident which totaled our 04 Chevy Cavalier. After receiving outstanding service previously from Mike Reppy, I thought, why not see if Honda (Mike) can really help us out. I spent approximately 30 minutes explaining our dilemma on the phone. THAT DAY Mike had a list of cars that fit the parameters that we spoke about. He once again spent time with my wife and I going through several options concerning the purchase. Needless to say, we drove out with another car on Friday night. That means we purchased two used cars in three days! This was hands down, without exception the most pleasant vehicle lease/purchase we have had. We had been talking about getting a used Honda Odyssey for some time to accommodate a growing flock of grandchildren, but we weren't sure we could afford one. Sam greeted us and listened as we described our vehicle requirements and budget restrictions. Sam was so pleasant to work with, he's pretty low-key and just seems like a trustworthy, honest guy. He expertly guided us through the process without pressuring us at all. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful in trying to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. They had just gotten a trade-in and it honestly looked too good to be true. The van is in great shape, one owner, clean and well equipped. I figured they'd quote us an impossible price, but no, they surprised us with a quote we were more than comfortable with. Sam made sure the vehicle we chose got a thorough check before we picked it up. Sam got us a great Odyssey at a more than fair price and we can't wait to take our grandkids on a road trip.
