His knowledge of product sales, financial aspects, and very pleasing good humor and respect during this negotiation was very professional. Most always the paper signing is a long effort and can bring up some negative situations, in this case Mr. Jeff Sokol made this process a breeze and enabled us to get a very good Extended Service contract for our new car.
