I went to the dealership to drive a hybrid and Tony got me an Insight. I really didn't like it. Too small and didn't like the hatchback since it blocked the rear view mirror. Tried the 2010 Accord and I me an Insight. I really didn't like it. Too small and didn't like the hatchback since it blocked the rear view mirror. Tried the 2010 Accord and I was SOLD!! It was a heavier car and very comfortable. Tony showed me how to adjust just about everything. Overall I have no complaints except the big check I had to write!!! I have had my new car for about 2+ weeks and still love it even more today than when I drove it off the lot. More

I was in the market to purchase a Honda Fit. After finding one I liked on Arrowhead's website, I decided to use their negotiate online feature. I asked for their best price. They responded with a very finding one I liked on Arrowhead's website, I decided to use their negotiate online feature. I asked for their best price. They responded with a very fair price for the vehicle. After agreeing to the out the door cost, I informed them that I would be by that afternoon to finalize the transaction. When I arrived at the dealership they had the car ready and having faxed over my drivers license and insurance information had begun the paperwork. The finance person did try to sell and extended warranty and alarm system but backed off quickly after I expressed no interest on buying them. The entire transaction was completed within a half hour after my arriving at the dealtership. They were even nice enough to drive the car to my house since I was by myself and was not trading in a car. Overall one of my best new car buying experiences. Worth driving the extra distance to their dealership and passing those that were more convenient. More

She treated me as if I was one of her friends and truly made the whole paperwork process painless ! Fleet manager gave me a new car quote over the internet. It was about the price I was willing to pay, so I went to drive and purchase a Honda Accord. We'd somehow missed the time limit for the $750 incentive, even though I had been at the dealership hours before the supposed deadline. I felt I'd been scamed, but ended up buying the car because I just didn't want to go through the whole ordeal again! The experience was definitely negative and I would recommend buying from another dealer. More
