Jeff & Joy Gillick, I'm sorry we were not able to earn your business. In doing some research on your visit I was able to pull up call tracking documentation that shows a call was placed to you on 6/12/2010 at 1:07pm. I also was able to pull up the e-mail tracking which shows that you opened an e-mail from us at 6:24pm on 6/11/2010 but we received no response to this e-mail or any subsequent e-mails from your gilbodos@hotmail.com. I understand that we were not able to offer you a desirable trade in value for your 2009 G37S. For this I apoloize. Jennifer, I am sorry to say you are slightly misinformed about any follow up after we stopped in the dealership. We actually stopped in the dealership on the 12th but could not remember who sent an e-mail and Mike met us at the door (very nice guy). We called him and asked him to run the numbers on the trade and left two messages after we did not hear back from him, one on Saturday and another on Sunday. We never found out what the trade amount was as he never contacted us. I believe someone did try and contact us around 1:15 as you stated but we were already at the dealership on 6/12. Look, I am not one to stir things up, but when I called and spoke to your asst. sales manager, he was less then happy that I was letting him know about our experience. I did not want anything from him, just to let him know there may be something he should look at. We did not stop in to get a price and run to another dealer as he made it seem, we had intentions of talking a deal. My father came in the next weekend and the sales person was quibbling over a $500 alarm. The Asst. Sales Manager spoke to him, but it was on his way out the door, not during the process. If it were not for that, he would have purchased from Arrowhead. If the sales manager would have been involved during the sales process and told him he would have waived the $500 alarm fee, he would have not walked out to discuss with my mother.
