Sold me a used van with a large hole in the windshield that I need to replace and when brought to their attention I got a “tough xxxx, sucks to be you!” we aren’t going to do anything response. Car had to be inspected before I bought it so when I was trying to find out when I could pick it up, I was hung up on by the service department. Trying to get ahold of salesman Matt- no response, just sent messages when he wanted to disregarding my messages. Do not trust Matt or this dealership. I have bought 6 different Hondas from 6 different dealerships over the years and this is in a whole new, undiscovered level of shade coming from them. More

Jermane is by far THE BEST salesperson that I've come across in my life. He understood what we wanted because he actually listened and wanted to help, unlike those pushy salespeople who don't listen or c across in my life. He provided 5-star customer service and treated us with respect. He should be awarded the best employee of the year, if not yet. I would totally recommend to specifically ask for Jermane if you are going to purchase a vehicle at this dealership unless you like pushy salespeople with outdated sales skills back from the 90s. The negative reviews must be from haters or Karens. If you just do research and ask about everything before you buy, there is no such thing as "hidden fees". They answer every question you have. Overall, as a first-time buyer, I had the best experience of car shopping at Arrowhead Honda. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy. I came knowing what I wanted and a few hours later I took my dream car home, Black Honda Accord 2023 EX. More
