I just got home after driving there on. 40 minute drive. I was told over the phone a civic sport was available to view. I arrived and spent less than 5 minutes at this dealership. I checked it out and didn’t even test drive it. I was willing to make a quick deal and buy this car. The gave me a wishy-washy appraisal and said Christian: “my manager said we can do about 18thousand”….will you be financing or…:.” Me: It’s cash, I’ve been approved through USAA since my veteran rates are better” Salesperson Christian: oh ok cool, let me tell my manager. ::Comes back after 20 seconds:: Christian: oh, my manager is saying that we currently aren’t doing 3rd party financing, only doing deals through Honda Finance or our partnered banks that we do deals with” Me: Oh, so my money isn’t good here? Because you guys aren’t getting a cut on this deal? This is bad business” If you know any veterans wanting a Honda during these rough times where car prices are already though the roof, and interest rates are sky high, gas is high, Arrowhead Honda states you need to use THEIR money. Don’t you dare come here trying to save any money for yourself. The deal completely has to be on their stipulations. This is a bad look for Honda. More

Deceptive pricing with thousands added to sticker price. Low ball trade offer. Lengthy delivery delay after being coaxed into dealership with promise that vehicle was "in the state" and could be here within Low ball trade offer. Purchased a new 2022 Honda Civic from them. Predatory behavior (constant calling, overcharging, random fee they “can’t remove” until you decide you don’t want to purchase). After the paperwork was done they told me I couldn’t take home the vehicle because the inspections etc weren’t compete. I had to come back the following day. Waited for hours, no one seemed to know what was going on. Ended up reading the wrong vehicle and told me to come back the following day. (It was like 11am) I said I couldn’t and they told me it would take hours to get it ready. I waited about an hour and they said it was ready, car wasn’t cleaned, lose papers everywhere, inspection was clearly rushed. All the seat belts were buckled. Drove the car for less than 2 weeks. In my driveway getting ready to go to dinner the engine shut off and all warning lights illuminated. Car doesn’t work had to be towed. No one knows what’s wrong with it. The is dealership refuses to help, keeps telling me they will call me back, no one gives their name. Won’t provide a loner, won’t help with a rental. Nothing. Awful do not do business with them. They do not care about at all. Rude. More
I have been a Honda customer since 2013. Recently I leased a new CR-V from Arrowhead Honda. This was my first personal experience with Arrowhead. The finance department here is horrible and unprofessional. Few weeks after picking up my new vehicle I discovered that I had paid an extra payment and was owed a refund. I had to calls numerous times, leave several messages for the Manager Jeff S. before finally getting a return call. Where they trying to pocket my $400? After some back & forth on what happened I was told I could come pick up my refund. Once I arrived at the dealership no one could find my check, no one was available, no one was answering their phones, no one was of any use. I attempted to reach out to the GM of Arrowhead, Thad, to discuss the situation & my frustration on how I was treated, But just like everyone else I got no return call. I was finally able to pick up my refund check but the over experience was horrible. My sales agent was amazing unfortunately the same can not be said for anyone else ar Arrowhead Honda. My family members have been going to Arrowhead Honda for almost 20 years, this was my 1st time and will be my last. More
