Second crv purchase this year I purchase a second CR-V for myself after I liked the CR-V we bought for my wife. On my reasent visit there was a loud noise from the left front. Always honest, competent, and friendly Arrowhead Honda has always been honest and upfront about service issues with the two Hondas we've had over the years. There were times I took my car t Arrowhead Honda has always been honest and upfront about service issues with the two Hondas we've had over the years. There were times I took my car to non-dealer shops, just because of the convenience. When they'd recommend hundreds in work, I took the car to Arrowhead to have them look over the issue, and they advised there was NOTHING wrong, and as such, I didn't need to spend a dime. Since that visit, I've become a solid customer of this dealership and would be hesitant to take my Honda anywhere else. A number of times we've been in for service and there's never been additional recommends, unless necessary. That makes me feel like they really are honest and trustworthy. More
