Excellent Service I purchased a new 2017 CRV in Sept and noticed on Saturday there was an odor in the car. I checked the entire inside and could not find anything. I I purchased a new 2017 CRV in Sept and noticed on Saturday there was an odor in the car. I checked the entire inside and could not find anything. I went to the dealership on Monday and Antwon Germany was my service person. He advised they would check the engine and under the car. He called back and said they found nothing. Before I picked up the car, he asked them to put it in the sun. When I arrived he walked to the car and said he would find the problem. As soon as he opened the door he knew it was coming from the back. I had gone grocery shopping and something must have leaked in the dog bed where I put the groceries in the plastic bag. He raised the dog bed and sure enough, it was wet underneath and it wasn't my dog that did it. Antwon, you are my hero. Thanks so much for finding the problem. More

tire had picked up nail in sidewall, so had to get new tire. Service was fine and efficient. Just wish there was some tire option that would have helped, as I only had 15000 miles on my new car.
