I told the service person what I wanted and he immediately knew what I was talking about. He and his team were very thorough and I felt confident they gave me the exact service I was looking for. In addition, he offered me a coupon toward part of the service which I certainly appreciated. While I was waiting, I enjoyed coffee and donuts while reading the newspaper which was provided. Everyone was very courteous and professional and I'm so glad to went to Arrowhead Honda. More

Disappointing, wont buy another Honda My Service adviser Kevin Proo was very professional, helpful, informative. He was able to answer all the questions I had with my SUV problem. I do have one big problem and complaint. During the inspection the mechanics discovered an oil leak at the two ends of my rack and pinion shaft. They told me the seals are starting to go bad and will eventually get worse. The 2010 CRV has a very low 38 thousand miles. After more discussion of how to resolve this problem, they told me I need to replace the whole rack and pinion shaft because Honda doesn't make replacement seals So it cost me over 1 thousand dollars because of 2 seals that were starting to leak. I was extremely disappointed about this but the problem had to be fixed. I've had Hondas before and never experienced such an expensive fix to such a small parts problem. This will make me look at other auto makers when I replace my CRV. More
