Lube/Oil/Filter/MultiPointCheck on a weekend with no days-in-advance appointment... that's pretty good. One diagnostic item, fuel system service says "See AI-150", but when I look at AI-150 details, th days-in-advance appointment... that's pretty good. One diagnostic item, fuel system service says "See AI-150", but when I look at AI-150 details, they are for AC evaporator cleaning... a mismatch of cross reference info. More

I have a different vehicle from another dealership. They have NEVER gotten me in and out as quickly as AH did for a dead battery on my wife's new car. Alex Marin was superb - pleasant, knowledgable and enth have NEVER gotten me in and out as quickly as AH did for a dead battery on my wife's new car. Alex Marin was superb - pleasant, knowledgable and enthusiastic. After retrieving my vehicle, I was on my way home when I realized I had left my sunglasses on an end table in the waiting room. When I pulled back in to the service bay, Alex was immediately at my window. When I told him why I was there, he said,"Wait right there. I'll get them for you." Sure enough, he did. Quickly too. He's a keeper...I was very pleased. More
