I feel like my vehicle is in good hands and I don't feel "fleeced" when I have to pay for major service. My last visit was for an oil change that unfortunately turned into new front struts and the whole shebang! But, my service advisor (Jonathan Hanson) really worked with me with the coupons I had and was able to get the job done and without much inconvenience on my part, if any at all. More
