Annoying Noise I was having a heck of a time with a rattle in the dash from the heads up display. On a particularly bad rattle day, I drove it to Arrowhead Honda Se I was having a heck of a time with a rattle in the dash from the heads up display. On a particularly bad rattle day, I drove it to Arrowhead Honda Service unannounced and had Seth Ibarra get the service manager, Matt, to go on a drive with me so he could hear the rattle himself. Both Matt and Seth were gracious with their time and heard the noise clearly within the first 100 ft of driving. Made an appointment with Seth to bring it back in a few days and it was fixed. More

fast, informative, and courteous I brought my car in for an oil change. Service discovered a problem with my A/C and alternator. They also told me that i had an extended warranty that paid for all but my deductible, The result is that my car cabin is cooler and they prevented me from a total failure of my alternator at undoubtedly inconvenient time. Every service dept. employee was courteous, They clear described and explained the needed repairs and maintenance.
