Regular maintenance Even though the dealership was remodeling everyone there was warm and friendly. Steve was exceptionally thorough. Absolutely the best I brought my wife's car in for an alignment. Seth, my service advisor, was extraordinary really friendly and professional as he explained the process I brought my wife's car in for an alignment. Seth, my service advisor, was extraordinary really friendly and professional as he explained the process to me. He then returned to inform me that the wheels did, in fact, I need a bit of adjustment and that the car was up in the rack so I can inspect it should I choose. I have never had that kind of service anywhere else. I told Seth just to go ahead and aligned the wheels which he did and the car was returned to me quickly. I absolutely would not go anywhere else for my Honda to be serviced than Arrowhead Honda! More
