Kevin Proo has been my service manager for a number of visits, and he is always helpful, polite, informative, and very communicative. My 2018 Honda CRV wouldn't start one day recently and I called Brandon. He advised me to bring in my vehicle ASAP. With no appointment Brandon had my battery replaced and the job was competed in less than 1 hour. Brandon Whitaker has to be the best service advisor I had ever dealt with from a new car dealership. Fast, pleasant, courtous, service from Brandon. and excellent customer service skills. Arrowhead Honda should be proud to have an employee like Brandon working for them. More

Beyond my expectation I had gotten into my vehicle only to discover difficulty starting due to what I believe to be possible battery problem. I called the service dept. in distress, it was less than an hour before closing. I spoke with Tom and told him what was happening and he agreed that it sound like the battery. I told him I had a early morning appointment that I could not miss.He told me he was on his way out for the day but he will have someone waiting for me when I arrived. He said no problem they would get it taken care of. I gave him my location and ETA. As promised, a service advisor was waiting, Tom had already started my paperwork and checked on the battery warranty. My car was checked for other possible problems, the battery was the culprit and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thank you Tom More
