Great Customer Service I purchased my 2005 Honda CRV-EX new at Arrowhead Honda, and have always had it serviced by them. Problems with noise in the rear of the car fixed. I was very concerned about what was making noise under my car. Derek Smith kept me informed on what was happening and what Arrowhead Honda was going t I was very concerned about what was making noise under my car. Derek Smith kept me informed on what was happening and what Arrowhead Honda was going to do to fix the problem. They also found other problems that I was not aware of and fixed them too. One would have been expensive but my warrantee was still good so it didn't cost me anything. Derek's concern for my situation made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Had the same Service Advisor for 17 years I and my family have had the same Service Advisor for the past 17yrs, including my Dad, who passed this year.
