Oil Change @ a Construction Site Was met at my car by Seth who I had talked to setting up my appointment for an oil change and associated related other maintenance. Great customer service Tom Urbina and the Service Techs did an outstanding job for us! We had to get our Accord in for a recall notice & some other maintenance issues. We needed the car back ASAP for afternoon events. After further investigation, some other warranty items were discovered needing attention. Tom conveyed our need to have the car available by 12:30PM. The technicians worked efficiently and managed to get us the car back in a very timely matter - by 12:30PM, despite the extra problems which were discovered later. We very much appreciate the tech's efforts and Tom's, to repair our vehicle and get us on our way! More
