This was our first experience purchasing a car on an installment plan. Courtney was very kind and patient, and she took the time to show us six different vehicles in one day, which we truly appreciated. installment plan. When we were about to leave to think things over and return later, the sales manager approached us with a “special package” to encourage us to complete the purchase the same day — including one year of free services, a 45-day grace period for the first payment, and discounted installments. At the time, it seemed like a great offer. However, we learned the next day that these services are standard benefits offered to all Honda buyers, which was disappointing and made the experience feel less transparent. Additionally, because we were rushed to pick up our son, we were told the paperwork would take only 45 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not accurate. I had to leave while my husband stayed to finalize everything, and the process ended up taking more than three hours. There were also two days of delay related to matters we were not informed about in advance, and afterward we were unable to reach either Courtney or the sales manager to discuss our concerns. We genuinely like the car and are happy with the purchase itself, but the overall sales process could have been more professional, transparent, and respectful of our time. More

Great experience with the purchase. Unfortunately I’m now getting calls from my prior car loan saying it wasn’t paid off. Called dealership said they would call back. Two days later nothing I called back day 3, 3weeks after purchase, and they told me the lady dealing with that quit so it was never paid off. Now my credit is in jeopardy due to poor management. I purchased a vehicle from Ascension Honda about a year ago, and the experience remains one of the most unpleasant I’ve ever had. While Brandon was professional and courteous, the conduct of Finance Manage ago, and the experience remains one of the most unpleasant I’ve ever had. While Brandon was professional and courteous, the conduct of Finance Manager PJ and Sales Manager Sheldon was deeply troubling. PJ was aggressive, dismissive, and openly hostile throughout the process. He made inappropriate personal remarks, shouted during discussions, and even used profanity in front of my young child and spouse. He altered agreed-upon pricing, refused to honor verbal commitments made by Brandon, and became visibly angry when asked reasonable questions. Sheldon, the Sales Manager, stood by and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Despite having placed a deposit and waited weeks for the vehicle, I regretted going through with the purchase. The dealership failed to provide promised documentation for dealer-added packages, and the overall atmosphere was hostile and unwelcoming. I reached out to General Manager Eddie Boyd immediately after the incident. He responded with a brief apology and assured me the matter would be addressed—but I never received any follow-up or resolution. Even a year later, the memory of this experience remains disappointing. I would not recommend Ascension Honda to anyone seeking a respectful and professional car-buying process. More
