The Atamian family has been in the auto business for 100 years, going back to the years following the First World War. It was in 1924, in fact, that Nish Atamian traded a horse and trailer from a milk company in exchange for a new Dodge. From those humble beginnings sprang a family-owned and operated business that has expanded and improved with every generation. It was in 1976 that Bob Atamian was given the opportunity to own a Honda franchise. Today, Atamian Honda sells hundreds of new Honda vehicles—from the Honda Civic sedan to the Honda Ridgeline truck and Honda Pilot SUV—as well as a wide range of quality pre-owned vehicles. We are located at 150 Main St in Tewksbury, MA, where our state-of-the-art Honda franchise sits between Route 38 and I-495 and spans a tremendous 40,000 square feet. We’re happy to say that we have helped thousands of individuals and families throughout Lowell, Lawrence, Westford, Billerica, and Andover over the years, as well as drivers throughout the surrounding areas.

Exhibit A of the manipulative behavior of the dealership. The GM didn’t even bother to speak to me, ignored my email but instead sent his used car sales manager that tried “gaslighting” me and condoning what the salesperson Edgar has done. Public, keep in mind I am a car person that owns 4 vehicles and takes exceptional care of all of them. I used to detail vehicles professionally as well and detail all of mine to this day. I know what a clean car looks like and I know what a car that has been driven looks like. Everything was done over the phone and salesperson knew I was coming with a bank check 48 hours prior and it was my first time seeing the vehicle in person. He deliberately failed to wash the car he wanted to sell so I missed a butchered bodywork and creases in quarter panel on a clean carfax no accidents 2023 Audi. Sales manager tried to tell me it was dirty from plowing the parking lot. Instead of helping resolve the issue Alex tried distorting reality and disrespecting my intelligence. Every single car on the lot was CLEAN except from the Audi. All I wanted was to bring the car in and have them take care of the issue but what Alex offered was a loose loose situation. $500 cash to fix the paint that’s been quoted 3400 to fix and paint. I’m not even bringing up multiple other issues with the vehicle, but one of them being a very strong oil odor inside the vehicle where Alex told me “you signed the papers” over the phone. Second option was buying car back with me loosing around $500 in dealer fees and he wasn’t sure if I was going to loose my warranty that I paid $2800 for at the time of purchase. So instead of getting scammed out of the $500 they offered I took that as fast as I could. These people will have each others back no matter how wrong they may be. A big dealership protecting and ready to ruin their reputation over a few hundred dollars and a couple employees with bad intentions is staggering to me.
