It was a pleasant buying experience & Luke provided me with all the questions I had with my vehicle. He went above & beyond with everything entailed with driving it to closing the deal & getting a manual with all the questions I had with my vehicle. Most employees were kind and helpful. Like Cam and Amy and Ozzy. Some weren’t. Like John. A few criticisms: 1. The finance person should talk to the sales team/ managers before talking Like Cam and Amy and Ozzy. Some weren’t. Like John. A few criticisms: 1. The finance person should talk to the sales team/ managers before talking to the client to confirm the deals made and what the client wants. 2. The finance person should not chew gum while conversing with clients. 3. The finance person should present the warranty as the amount of money in addition to the price of the car and present it as an option that is recommended. Not just “this is what I tell people” and “this is what most people do” and it should be presented as something for the client to THINK about. Not as some decision that NEEDS to be made in the middle of signing papers. 4. The finance person should have all documents ready and printed before inviting the client into his office. 5. The finance person should not make jokes about the sales person, insulting him and implying he is trouble. It was in bad taste and awkward. P.S. all of these are about John More

I would highly recommend Atamian Honda, the environment was very welcoming, especially our Sales person Chris. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our time and was able to walk us through the proc was very welcoming, especially our Sales person Chris.
