Atlanta Autos is one of the most unprofessional dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Atlanta Autos. I purchased a 2023 Land Rover Defender, and at delivery a damaged headlight was documented. Atlanta Autos promised they would take care of the repair, but that promise turned out to be false. Weeks later, after countless follow-ups from both me and the Land Rover dealership, I’m still getting the runaround instead of a resolution. The issue isn’t that something needed to be repaired—used vehicles can have problems. The issue is that this dealership made a commitment, failed to honor it, and has continued to delay, deflect, and provide poor communication throughout the process. If you’re considering buying from Atlanta Autos, especially from out of state, be extremely cautious. Get every promise in writing and don’t expect follow-through once the sale is complete. My experience has been one of broken commitments and excuses, and I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that operates this way. More
This has been the absolute worst experience! It first started off with offering more for my trade in and then going back on that price. I asked the sales representative, what would cause the price to go up once you see the car. He said only if there was a major issue or the mileage was wrong. Of course, when we got there they said they could not give us that trade in price because of minor issues that I still do not believe were present and we did not know anything about. We decided to trade and purchase the new Cadillac Escalade anyway since it was a 5 hour drive and my wife was excited about the new car. The second problem we had is still ongoing. It has been 5 weeks since the purchase and still have not received the paperwork needed to get our tag. I have reached out to the sales representative over 5 times and he has now ghosted us. The better business bureau will be my next call. Horrible experience!!! Atlanta Autos responded that this has been resolved which is not the case. This issue has not been resolved!! More

I was incredibly nervous about buying a car without test-driving it or seeing it in person, then having it shipped to Kansas, just completely uncertain if I was making the right decision. Isrrael helped me through the entire process, sending me videos of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, confirming the car had some of the options I hoped for, even responding to my text messages after hours and on Sunday evening when I wasn’t expecting a response back until Monday. My “new to me” Mercedes EQS arrived three days later and it was in impeccable condition, just as Isrrael shared with me in his videos. The interior/exterior had been fully detailed, the battery was fully charged, everything was exactly as Isrrael shared and their website indicated. A car is a big purchase for most people, and even though I wasn’t buying one of the super high-end or exotic vehicles they sell, I felt like Isrrael rolled out the red carpet and treated me like a VIP. His customer service was amazing and I absolutely love my first EV. It is absolutely gorgeous, looks like new inside and out, and when I drive it…it feels like I am floating on the softest, most luxurious cloud. Thank you, Isrrael. -Michelle R.
