Bought a G-wagon from them which i had to leave to have the wrap removed, due to lack of and definite miscommunication from the sales rep and the manager Christian, i did not get my car in 2 days aa was ad the wrap removed, due to lack of and definite miscommunication from the sales rep and the manager Christian, i did not get my car in 2 days aa was advised and got it a week later only after i wrote a review on Google. Picked up my car on Tuesday and by the time i got home the engine light was on. Text the manager who told me to bring the car in today so yesterday i took my car to Mercedes-Benz and they ran a diagnostic test and told me it was the fuel pump but when i brought my car to atlanta autos today at 10 am, their mechanic me it was the battery. I sat there and waited all day, asking for update every so often without none and at 5:30 pm, the mechanic comes and tells me it is the fuel pump and they have to give me a loaner. He gives me a 2019 Cherokee that is dirty on the inside and smells like cigarettes. Thats an insult when i bought a luxury vehicle. Lexus has always given comparable vehicle but i truly believe that atlanta autos is being vindictive for me writing my review. I am truly scared to get my car back after they fix almost like what if my brakes fail or worse? I will take it to be checked again by lexus before I drive it because I truly don't trust them. If you need a luxurious vehicle or any vehicle for that matter please do not go to atlanta autos. More

Worst experience ever. Purchased a vehicle, from Florida, drove home in it, and it went straight to a service center. Salesman lied in my face told me the vehicle had been serviced and inspected. My bank denied the loan because vehicle was in service, and the dealership wanted the vehicle back. We cancelled the contract. The dealership still owes me over $7900 for my down payment refund! and my $65k bank express check they haven’t returned. Promised me for a week it would be mailed to me & now The manager is avoiding me and won’t return my phone calls. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Lionel is a con artist, rude and disrespectful. Don’t BUY HERE More

Even with a few hiccups, this establishment honored the deal seamlessly, closed the deal and shipped my vehicle in a timely manner.
