Isrrael helped me through the entire process, sending me videos of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, confirming the car had some of the options I hoped for, even responding to my text messages after hours and on Sunday evening when I wasn’t expecting a response back until Monday. My “new to me” Mercedes EQS arrived three days later and it was in impeccable condition, just as Isrrael shared with me in his videos. The interior/exterior had been fully detailed, the battery was fully charged, everything was exactly as Isrrael shared and their website indicated. A car is a big purchase for most people, and even though I wasn’t buying one of the super high-end or exotic vehicles they sell, I felt like Isrrael rolled out the red carpet and treated me like a VIP. His customer service was amazing and I absolutely love my first EV.
