Go Anywhere Else But Here! I recently brought my HHR in for routine service. The Service Rep recommended a transmission flush. Which I did. As a result the transmission began I recently brought my HHR in for routine service. The Service Rep recommended a transmission flush. Which I did. As a result the transmission began to slip and bang into gear. I had to have the car towed into their shop yesterday and I was assured that they would take care of it "first thing in the morning". When I finally called them at 9:00 (service opens at 7:00), they hadn't looked at it and I was told to rent a car! I can't express the frustration dealing with these people causes. The last time I brought the car in for a simple oil change, they rotated the tires incorrectly! Can you believe that? A simple thing like that! When I began to drive the car, it shook and vibrated violently! I had to turn around and bring it back in! W When they call me back today, I expect to be lied to, since the service rep already made this statement to me: "Well, you know, the car does have 160,000 miles on it". Completely ignoring the fact that it happened immediately after the service! The only service person their that has been honest, helpful, and customer oriented, has been Tony DeGuiseppe. He's a stand up guy. If you do go there for service, ONLY SEE HIM. Other than that...GO ANYWHERE ELSE! More
