From the minute I walked in the door Edwin greeted me. There is no way this place gets rated 5 stars. I wish there was a zero star button. Horrific service. We have a 2022 Chevy Tahoe and within a month of buying it our step trim fell off. For over a I wish there was a zero star button. Horrific service. We have a 2022 Chevy Tahoe and within a month of buying it our step trim fell off. For over a year now we’ve been going back and forth with Rick (who happens to be busier than the pope.) Not only does this man not get back to his clients but the few times he has spoken to me he has told me to shut up while he was speaking. He also told me that it’s not his problem our step trim fell off and I should call Chevy, which is what I was doing. I was calling the Chevy service department. On top of that we still do not have our heating steering wheel that we’ve been waiting over a year for. When they did claim to fix our step trim, Rick told us he would set us up with a rental. They set us up with a two door hatchback that could barely fit one let along two car seats in it. To top it off we get a bill for $325. Megan claims that their dealership account with hertz is now suspended and to send them the bill and they can maybe give us $44 per day. We only had the car for two days. I don’t even know where they came up with this number or the audacity to tell us they would cover it then after tell us only a portion of it. Worst part is, they never fixed the step trim!! It’s still broke and ended up lacerating my sons leg when he tried to hop in my truck. To say I am livid is an understatement. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. do not walk away from this place… but RUN More
