Came into Bayshore looking for a Traverse and met a man named Coach Harry. I called the dealership. I spoke to a very nice man named Paul and he directed me to Certified dept. I originally had an appointme named Coach Harry. I called the dealership. I spoke to a very nice man named Paul and he directed me to Certified dept. I originally had an appointment on Wedsenday but I decided to come in on a Tuesday. My husband and I was assigned to a younger gentleman named Chris. He was really cool to work with and I had an amazing time conversing with him while test driving the car. This dealership had exactly what I was looking for. They were fully stocked in vehicles which hasn’t been the case lately due to COVID. But Chris and his father walked us thru the process. I knew this was a God sent since Chris and his father shares the same name as my husband lol. Chris was even nice enough to give my son a balloon to play with. Coach Harry again was a blessing to meet. Super nice guy and knows his stuff. Armando, made the financial part smooth. Great experience all around. More
