My second time working with LJ Fawcett and finance manager Craig Plocker. LJ worked extremely hard to find me a vehicle that was reliable and safe for my family and at the same time fit my financial manager Craig Plocker. I came in to buy a car. When I called over the phone early in the morning, I explicitly asked if the car would be available to purchase that day and was told yes. After showing up and jumping through their hoops, running my credit, taking me on test drive and having me wait several hours they told me the car isn't available to be sold anymore. This was extremely frustrating, so I asked to speak to the manager (who wouldn't give me his name). I told them it is extremely unprofessional how they acted and wanted the manager to be aware of the issues I dealt with - and an argument ensued. The manager didn't seem to have a problem with his staff lying to me and totally wasting my time, so I told him I would be leaving a bad review of their dealership. Now here is where my biggest and most serious/illegal complaint comes in. When I said I'd leave a bad review, the manager got angry and asked if I was threatening him. I said no, just stating I will leave a bad review. He then said, "if you want to threaten me just remember I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE, but you don't know where I live." Now I can only assume he only knows where I live because I provided my driver license to be photocopied, as it was my intention to buy the car and drive off with it. Seeing as the car was not even up for sale at the time according to them, they took my license and personal information for no justifiable reason - AND THEN THREATENED TO USE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION I HAVE TO GIVE THEM TO BUY A CAR TO FIND WHERE I LIVE.
