Terrible experience. My 2007 Suburban had a low oil pressure / shut engine off indicator come on. I was close to Atlantic and thought an Chevy dealer would be a good place to go, as I did not want to c pressure / shut engine off indicator come on. I was close to Atlantic and thought an Chevy dealer would be a good place to go, as I did not want to chance getting home. I explained to the service writer that this issue had occurred once before. It turned to to be a ban oil sensor and clogged filter. He said they would look into it. Apparently they either did not look at this or lied to me, as they said the engine was bad and needed to be replaced. Cost @ $8,000.00. I had the truck towed to my local mechanic and it indeed was a bad oil sensor and clogged filter. They replace it and the truck runs fine! I intend to follow up with these people and get my money back. Feel they are incompetent or fraudulent. FYI: This oil sensor sending unit and filter is a well documented Chevy issue. More
As much as Nick Sciarrotto is a great salesman and Helpful the dealer ship has nothing to boast about. Terrible Service department even for Warranty work. Leave your car for an oil change? This dealership does not give loaner cars for warranty work so you get to rent or lease a car until they get a chance to see what is wrong with your can. Last Chevy I buy from them. Service visit fiasco & dealer apathy I had a recent bad experience with their service dept. I brought my '18 Camaro I bought from them in for the one-year service. I told them to do the I had a recent bad experience with their service dept. I brought my '18 Camaro I bought from them in for the one-year service. I told them to do the NYS inspection. They failed to do so. I picked it up @ night and didn't realize until I got a ticket. I called to get it in ASAP since it had an expired sticker and asked to be compensated for the ticket. The soonest they would give me an appointment was one week (I can't drive the car!) and they told me tough luck on the ticket. This is how they value their customers. Customer Service sucks. I'd give them a Zero if I could. They've lost me as a customer for life. More
