Came last minute for a nys inspection. They quickly took my car in and performed the inspection. No up sell and were extremely friendly. Never again to this dealership. I had my CR-V in 3 weeks apart for service and Multi Point Inspection Report went RED to GREEN. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed in Honda. The car is a brand new 2020 Honda HR-V and all of a sudden had several warning lights on emergency brake unavailable and emission error and the error explicitly a brand new 2020 Honda HR-V and all of a sudden had several warning lights on emergency brake unavailable and emission error and the error explicitly stating to “see dealer”. They charged $145 to tell us the warning lights and error messages on the dash related to the emergency brake and emissions were related to the gas tank cover being loose. I get that there may be a labor component but $145 for is awfully expensive. Why would there be a brake error related if the issues was related to the gas tank, with all the “smart technology” these cars have why wouldn't it indicate there was an issue with the gas tank. It’s just another complication that cost $145 to figure out? It does not put much faith and trust in us to return to your establishment. More
