I made a reservation to get my car repaired. I was informed that my repair would take about an hour. Upon arriving to the shop. I was informed that my repair would take longer than expected. When I informed that my repair would take about an hour. Upon arriving to the shop. I was informed that my repair would take longer than expected. When I asked why, I was informed that there were a number of people ahead of me. I said that I had a reservation. I was then told that it was first come first serve. What’s the point of a reservation if it’s first come first serve? There were a number of people that just showed up and were ahead of me. A one hour repair turned into a 4 1/2 hour repair. More

Came fore oil change and tire rotation because I had a coupon. I had tire rotation done more than six months ago so it was time for one. After receiving the car, I found they didn’t do tire rotation becau coupon. I had tire rotation done more than six months ago so it was time for one.
