The technician who performed the coolant flush forgot to put enough coolant in my car and caused my engine to get so hot that the warning light came on and I had to pull over. It was late and unfortunately put enough coolant in my car and caused my engine to get so hot that the warning light came on and I had to pull over. It was late and unfortunately David left, but I called the service dept and they told me to drive back to the dealership. After letting the engine cool off for 10 mins, I tried driving again, but the engine began to overheat. I was then asked to tow my car back to the dealership. I declined that option and they finally agreed to send a technician to me. Lorenzo (the technician sent to us) fixed it right away. Chris and David were very helpful with getting our car checked over and guaranteeing service if an issue related to this occurs in the near future. We really like working with David, so we will put this behind us and give the technicians another chance. More
