My co signer helped me to get approved for the car and mike did his best to get me good insurance for the car. I was immediately greeted by Juliana and soon after, introduced to Phillip Ward, Senior Sales Consultant and all-around great person. Phillip listened to me and gave me everything I asked for and more. From the test drive to the tour of the service department, I received the best customer service ever. He was focused on working with me and no high pressure sales tactics.I was pleasantly surprised at all of the new "perks" in the CRV and Phillip and Donald took time to explain every one. Didn't expect to go home with my vechicle that day, but the comprehensive services (including DMV right upstairs and Juan and Clyde in financing) and contacting my insurance company for me, the transition into my new car was seamless. In addition, they were able to work out the details to terminate my current lease and transfer the car back to the leasing company. Don't forget to bang the gong before you leave the showroom. I've already recommended them to friends and family! :) More
