I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever! Phil was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Phil delivered an incredible service to us and gave us a very pleasant experience. He made sure we were aware of each step in the process as I know this interaction of buying a car can take all day. Again, we were very comfortable and appreciated his patience. We will be coming to this showroom in the years ahead as the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Bring a Book I had an appointment for just an oil change and didn't get out until 2 hours later! When my car was done, the guy told me all this extra stuff I shoul I had an appointment for just an oil change and didn't get out until 2 hours later! When my car was done, the guy told me all this extra stuff I should do which is fine except I should have been given the chance to maybe do one of them that day. For example, he said I should get my tires rotated. Okay, you could have asked if I want my tires rotated and just did it instead of me having to come back again to get that done. The service guy was also very rude and cocky. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but there really wasn't any reason for him to be rude from the moment he was checking me in! During my wait, I was sent a text telling me if I had any questions to feel free to send a message. Well, I sent message a little over an hour in asking for an approximate time my car would be ready and never ever got a reply. It's unfortunate because I usually do not have a problem here, but other patrons were saying the same about the long wait time for just oil changes. More
