No one called me to let me know when my car was ready. When I called to find out about the status of my car I was told that all mechanics left for the day and they had no idea about status and to please When I called to find out about the status of my car I was told that all mechanics left for the day and they had no idea about status and to please call back next day. Finally, someone called me back to let me know that the car was ready. I asked if I could pick up the car and they said yes. When my husband arrived to pick up the vehicles it was very confusing and there was no one to help. He got the car but we still don’t know what was wrong with it since the people in the office at the time did not know. More

They take a very long time. I took my car there for its first service, was there for hours. Finally left and my tire pressure light was on. I got home checked my tire pressur I took my car there for its first service, was there for hours. Finally left and my tire pressure light was on. I got home checked my tire pressure and had to fill my tires. The tire pressure light was still on, so I called them. I got a very rude receptionist on the phone, I explained my situation to her and her response was “So do you want to bring the car in?” In a really nasty tone. Made an appointment for that Friday, waited there for 4 hours just for them to tell me that all they had to do was fill the tires. My hubby was a mechanic for many years, I am an aircraft mechanic.. I think between the two of us we know how to fill tires. So obviously they screwed up the sensor the first time and didn’t want to say. I have another free service left, but there is no way I will bring my car back there. More

I Love working with the service department . Mike Keehner always keeps me up-to-date on what recalls are due on my car and does them.
