This was hands down the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. Fred went out of his way to help us make a deal and was absolutely amazing! He showed me all the little gadgets that came with our car to make sure we were comfortable driving it. Fred was super personable and made us feel comfortable the entire time we were there. The finance office was also super helpful. We traded in our car and they made it a super smooth process. Everyone there was very helpful and nice. When we’re in the market for another car, we will definitely be coming back to Auburn Chevrolet. Will be recommending them if any family or friends are in the market for a new vehicle! More

This was the worst automobile purchase experience of my life. I purchased a brand new 2024 Chevy Silverado from this dealer and as soon as I got the truck home I noticed the headlights were extremely foggy life. I purchased a brand new 2024 Chevy Silverado from this dealer and as soon as I got the truck home I noticed the headlights were extremely foggy due to excessive moisture. I went back to the dealer the next day and was told to contact the service department. I contacted the service department and was told that GM considers this normal. As if this wasn't enough, my check engine light recently came on. The truck just hit 1000 miles and already a check engine light. I can not believe that a brand new vehicle could already have multiple issues. I will never in my life purchase something that has anything to do with Chevy or GM and I will share my story with as many people as I can in hopes that no one has to go through something like this.
