My experience was great. I was immediately offered a test drive on my own (after all, these cars really sell themselves). There was no high pressure sales tactics. He came across as sincere when offering his opinion between various makes/models of cars (for both Audi and non-Audi) as well as the various options/accessories on the particular model I was considering. My experience with this dealership has been excellent from the start. From the instant I walked into the door my wife I were greeted by our salesman (Mike) with a professional attitude and welcoming pers from the start. The first thing he asked was if he could get us a coffee or drink. He then politely asked us what we were looking for and took us over to the Q5’s he had in stock. Without even asking for it he handed us the keys to a 2013 and said go for a ride…So we did. After the ride he was even keeled and applied no pressure what so ever to us and encouraged us to talk it over for a few days as to the model, options, and purchase price. The one we wanted was very custom and was not local, so within a day he located several Q5's in a tri-state area for us to choose from, and all with competitive pricing. We wound up getting one from out of state and it was like a breeze getting it here and finalizing the deal. I did my home work and I know we got the best deal we could from Langan Audi. Since the purchase last year we have had our Q5 in for minor servicing and both times their service personal were great. In fact on our first service visit my salesman hooked us up with an A6 for the loaner car which was quite nice to drive…Almost didn’t want to give it back… In a nutshell I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone because of their professionalism and courtesy, and in closing I would like to say my next car will more than likely come from Langan Audi. More

I have been going to Langan for 2 years now and have bought 2 cars already. They have been so great to me and my family. Wether it be service or sales, the staff is always warm, knowledgable, accommodat bought 2 cars already. They have been so great to me and my family. Mike Lardizabal has sold me both cars and after these 2 years I would consider him a close friend. He always looks out for me and helps me make the best decisions in both the purchases of both cars and their service. He has helped me with every aspect of pre and post purchase experience... Mike and the whole staff even came together one day when I called for help after an accident to make sure I was safe and got home to my family in one piece. I also should mention that I don't even live in New York and drive over an hour to see them. After these 2 years and everything I have experienced at Langan, I would consider them friends and don't plan on going anywhere else for any of my audi needs. More

Quite frankly, Langan Audi (East) is a very bright spot in what seems to me to be a very dreary sky full of dealers who haven't a clue what 'Customer Service' is about!!! Whenever I walk in, I am almost i in what seems to me to be a very dreary sky full of dealers who haven't a clue what 'Customer Service' is about!!! Whenever I walk in, I am almost immediately greeted by someone in the sales area, and should I have a question, the answer is always fast coming and accurate. The service department has been nothing less than outstanding in every way, from the wonderfully pleasant service advisory staff to the technicians who are actually interested (and allowed!!) in discussing my automobiles with me!! We were out test driving several different brands since our 2011 Porsche Panamera's lease was about to end. Upon entering the showroom the receptionist to our left, a little in the distance, briefly looked our 2011 Porsche Panamera's lease was about to end. Upon entering the showroom the receptionist to our left, a little in the distance, briefly looked up and then promptly went back to her busy work without a word. I approached her desk and asked where the restrooms were and she said "how ya doin" with no emotion and pointed me in the direction of the men's room. Upon returning to the showroom and walking right past her again and she never even looked up. We stood near the exit where we came in and a short time later one of the salespersons approached us. He didn't attempt to shake our hand, give us any kind of receptive greeting, or introduce himself. He didn't ask our names. We told him we were interested in checking out the Audi Q5. His reply was, "we really don't have new ones on the lot at all because they're such a hot ticket. I said "what about that black one right there near the entrance to the driveway". He said well that's a S line model, preowned. I said " We were possibly considering preowned and would like to drive the vehicle". He pretty much just blew us off and it was clear that he really didn't want to be bothered. I asked my partner if maybe he was interested in looking at a different model as he was heading toward the door to which he replied "No, and get me out of here now". We have a friend who owns Mohegan Lake Audi and Vw whom we should have gone to in the first place. There are any number of Audi dealerships within a short drive of Hudson, NY where we live so I will never step foot in Latham Audi's showroom again, or for that matter possibly any Audi dealership. The staff's horrible service and indifferent attitude is why I am giving them this rating. I they're this way when you're buying, I can only imagine what kind of service you would receive. More

I bought an a5 from these guys i should have known not to do business after i heard the first lie. the sales guy said the car was clean no issues and the carfax was clean (funny cuz the car was far from it) do business after i heard the first lie. the sales guy said the car was clean no issues and the carfax was clean (funny cuz the car was far from it) after purchased the car one day cleaning it i noticed the paint over the fender and the surface was not as it should be the scuff marks from whatever body work was done showed over the rear fender i took the car back for an oil change and complained about the car being hit and it was not stated when the car was bought i never said where it was hit after the car was moved back to the parking area i noticed the manger that was their when i bought the car walked up to the side and pointed out to another floor manager exactly where the damage was. A bunch of snakes. DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS find another dealership because because audi east latham is full of sh..... More

They had the car ready in sparkling condition when we picked us up and treated us no different than if we had been buying an Audi. We had some issues with the car and even though technically it wasn't under warranty, they fixed every single thing to our satisfaction. When the Audi service couldn't fix it, they sent it to Honda to fix. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I normally HATE the whole car buying experience, but they actually made it pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. More
