Best New car buying experience I've ever had From start to finish, couldn't be happier. 90 percent of everything was done over the phone since I live out of town and knew what we were going to bu From start to finish, couldn't be happier. 90 percent of everything was done over the phone since I live out of town and knew what we were going to buy. During the process, my parents decided to purchase a new Allroad as well. I worked with Gunter the whole time, told him what we wanted, and from there he took care of everything. The only hiccup was the car I wanted, ended up selling the day we decided that's the one I wanted. He quickly started searching and within an hour, found another car in another state, let me know, I agreed, and he got it to the dealer down there quickly. Upon my arrival to pay for both cars, he was extremely, helpful, welcoming, and overall, a very stand up person. He spent time with me, showing me the ins and outs of the cars, making sure I was happy, etc. Never once, in person or on the phone did he give me a sales pitch. I've always been happy dealing with this particular Audi dealership, but after dealing with Gunter for roughly 10 days, I'll continue to use them for parts, service, and definitely Gunter when the time comes for another car. More

Wonderful Car Buying Experience DJ was so helpful during the research and buying phase. He wasn't pushy. I felt that I got an excellent deal on my Audi. The only reason I put average on the timeliness of the paperwork was because the computer system was slow. However, my husband and I had a great time talking with Patrick during the financing/paperwork phase. Again, DJ made the entire process of researching and buying my first Audi a wonderful experience. I had not purchased a new car in 13 years and I was dreading the entire process. DJ made it easy. Patrick was wonderful in the finance department. I would like for my husband to purchase an Audi from DJ in the future. I see my family keeping with the Audi family for years to come. Between DJ and Patrick, I learned so much about my car and Audi as a company, which really impressed me. I know I made the right decision and I know that I received a fair and honest price. I really, really appreciate everyone's help!! More

Perfect way to buy a car What an experience!! Test drive was great, I needed a second lap, did Samir pout? Did he protest? Did he say something dumb like " If you don't like i What an experience!! Test drive was great, I needed a second lap, did Samir pout? Did he protest? Did he say something dumb like " If you don't like it, I must not be doing my job"? No, just hopped back in and we were off. I never once felt any pressure, the whole dealership has an air of standing behind it's product, no pressure necessary. Nobody said, " What will it take to get you to buy this car today?" no cliche's, just strait business. Then they they take you downstairs and two doors slide open like you are entering a spaceship, angels sing, and your car is waiting for you! It was a spectacular reveal. I am very happy with the process of buying the car, I am even happier with the car it's self. What an amazing machine. More
