I went to a local detail shop I’m knoxville and obtained a quote for the repair, I sent it to Colin as well as his manager Pete. Within 2 hours he and Audi Atlanta sent me a check for the full about of the repair. I can’t give even praise to Colin and the staff. They are a top notch operation and employ the best people in the industry. I’ll be a customer for life and always support him. More

Kudos to my Service Advisor Chris Lee. In March of this year my car timing belt broke on my 2018 Q5 and damage the motor to the point where it had to be replace totally. Chris was helpful in contacting the company and explaining the situation. He called me to let know that they had agreed to replace the motor free of charge . Through-out the whole process Chris kept me informed without me having to call him from the loaner car to updates on when the new motor would be in, to the finish repair.
