I came to Audi Atlanta as a returning customer. This time, I had the pleasure to work with Tiana - she went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had a very short time between meetings to do a test drive on the Audi A4 and she accommodate this time. We continued the conversation later over the phone and got to a final price. I had another visit in the dealership to make the swap - it was quick! Overall it took less than 2 hours in the dealership from beginning to end. When I arrive home from the dealership, I noticed a couple of minor issues. Tiana got a loaner car and came to me (30m drive) to swap cars and take my car to the service. I got my car back now - super pleased with the service. A great service is measured not only by the selling process, but also by the customer care. Thanks Tian, you are awesome! More
