Purchase of a new Audi Overall I think my experience was positive. The folks at the dealership were helpful in the purchase of the car and willing to negotiate to a price point that was mutually agreeable. My car didn't make it home before I started getting taillight errors - to which I phoned the dealership for help. About an hour after my call the service department got back to me and we discussed the problem. Since this happened on a Saturday we agreed for me to drive the car back up Sunday, get a loaner and have them look at the car Monday. I asked the dealership to consider giving me a deep discount on the cargo all-weather mat for my troubles - didn't get a definitive answer at the time of leaving my vehicle but I figured this was a no-brainer since I used up my Sunday getting the faulty car back up to them. When they called me to return the car Monday (it was only a battery reset problem), I was offered the standard 15% off rate for the mat with no other discount (this is the rate the offer to all new Audi buyers). In addition to this, they didn't even fill the gas tank back up to at least account for my trip back up to Portland from Albany (around 120 miles round trip). I think this will leave the lasting impression for me - it was a great buying experience (Richard Chin did an excellent job) - but once the buying was over, 'making it right' was no longer in the list of priorities. I have no problem with needing to correct an error on a new car - but that fact that my time (and my gas) was not taken into consideration leaves some of this overall transaction to be desired. More

Experienced, well trained staff with large no. of vehicles. This is the most experienced and well staffed dealership that I have ever seen! I was lucky to encounter a particular staff person who was a real "car This is the most experienced and well staffed dealership that I have ever seen! I was lucky to encounter a particular staff person who was a real "car person" and between the two of us we rapidly found my ideal lightly used vehicle (a 2019 Audi Q7). The dealings with this particular salesperson were extremely professional and meticulously complete! In a very short period of time we were able to hammer out all of the details over the phone and were able to complete the deal without me being there in only a few days. This included complete licensing of the vehicle and the paying of all required out of State taxes and fees and finally the arranging of the transport of the vehicle to my home several hundred miles away in an adjoining State (WA) - this was carried out in a significant snow storm! The vehicle was nicely detailed with final result looking like a new car! More

Company policy puts dealership first. Treated poorly. Sold me a factory replacement stereo for my Q5 and now refuse to provide the anti theft procedure to make it function in my car. If I had been aware that they had a company policy against completing the transaction so the part I purchased from them would actually function I would have spent my money elsewhere. Very cordial until I pressed to get value for the expenditure, then they turned condescending and rude. More
