Be more thorough We brought the Q7 in because the add BlueDef light came on. They topped it off. We left. Two days later the add Oil light came on. We think the dealership should have checked all fluid levels during the first visit. And, they agreed. We live 20+ miles from the dealership. Be more thorough Audi. More

Love having a service center near the airport My service was a simple recall, but there are a couple things to note. 1. When purchasing the Audi, access to service was a key decision point. I considered BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Acura and Porsche (all in Beaverton, even though that is such a painful drive from Washington). Audi providing a service center closer to my home in Camas pushed the scales to Audi. 2. I chose to get the car wash and vacuum service. I was super pleased that my all season mats were washed in that process. I didn't anticipate that, but it was very much appreciated. More
