He was waiting for me when I dropped my A4 off, and kept me informed throughout time of the service appointment. Several service action, or "recall" notices, mostly having to do with the infotainment system, were also addressed during my appointment. My car came back to me cleaner than it went in, and Corey has answered all my follow-up questions. I'm not very adroit with hi-tech, so the all-electric loaner car I received felt like an alien spaceship to me, in terms of operating the radio, etc., but it got me where I needed to go. More
